I am a French Immersion teacher in Montreal. I love teaching such an integral part of our Montreal culture! I've taught in both bilingual and immersion schools, in inner-city and in the suburbs, and I've taught every grade!
You should know that I love learning! I am always looking to learn new things and improve myself. I began my journey in education with a bachelor's in education, focused on kindergarten and elementary education. Four years after graduating, I began pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Psychology, focusing on inclusive education. The way my teaching experience, the courses I took and my current teaching practice intertwine in a beautiful way that help me grow. In addition to the masters program, I became a Certified Google Educator in 2014 and a PYP IB teacher (Primary Years Program) in the summer of 2015.
I am also a runner and a cyclist, and I love training for upcoming races! So far, I've completed about a dozen half-marathons, 8 marathons, and a bunch of other races along the way. When I have time, I like to redecorate my apartment, take care of my garden and spend time with my beautiful godchildren!
Yours in educational pursuits,
